Sponsorship Policy

While the Gorge Games acknowledges and supports an athlete’s right to secure sponsors any athlete using the Gorge Games brand or representing to any potential sponsor that said sponsor can “become a Gorge Games sponsor” by supporting an individual athlete directly shall be found in violation of athlete registration policy and code of conduct and may at Gorge Games discretion be disqualified from the field and ejected from competition without refund of athlete participation fees. The decision of the Gorge Games is final. Any athlete found that promises media exposure or television coverage shall also be in violation of the athlete registration policy and code of conduct and may be disqualified from Gorge Games event without refund of athlete participation fees. Any sponsor attempting to promote their brand at the Gorge Games without a letter of agreement, contract or verbal agreement with a Gorge Games authorized representative shall be removed from the premises and shall be responsible for paying an “unauthorized sponsor” fee of up to $10,000 and or criminal prosecution for trespassing.
